Team description The Central Product Analytics team sits at the heart of how SumUp understands and improves the experience of millions of merchants using our products every day. This role owns the Engagement domain — covering merchant engagement, product activation, support responses, and navigation across the SuperApp and web dashboard — and is the primary analytics partner for the Engagement product team. It's a genuine opportunity to take full ownership of a domain, build the measurement foundations from the ground up, and shift the team from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decision-making.
