The Trainer is our pedagogical and platform expert within the Professional Services (PS) team. Your mission is to empower our clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology. You aren't a technical expert; you are a pedagogical and platform expert who ensures that clients don’t just "use" the software, but master it to drive long-term engagement. By owning our "One-to-Many" offer (Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars), you ensure that every client, from their first day of implementation, has the knowledge and confidence to make their project a success.
