MAINTENANCE MANAGER – PARON PLANT Supervise and/or plan maintenance operations by implementing a maintenance program aligned with production resources. Key Responsibilities: Ensure continuous improvement of equipment and infrastructure (participation in improvement initiatives) Prevent, supervise, and/or coordinate the resolution of breakdowns to avoid production downtime; intervene on complex failures Manage the team (headcount, skills development) and optimize workforce efficiency Oversee external contractors (quality, safety, compliance with requirements); manage contracts, service follow-up, and specifications Propose investment plans (technical and/or cost aspects) and lead and/or deploy associated projects Produce and monitor reporting (performance, interventions, improvement plans, …
