About the Role We're looking for a Lead Front-End Engineer who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and can take full ownership of features from design to deployment. You'll work closely with product to build performant, accessible experiences on our React/TypeScript stack — and you actively use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to ship faster and with higher quality. We intentionally remain a small, fast, demanding team of senior engineers, with a high bar for execution and quality.
