Our Customer Care team is a central unit in EEX, where we are in daily contact with members and external partners, as well as with internal teams like Sales, Market Operations, Business Development, and ECC teams e.g. within the Reporting and Legal departments. Your tasks As part of our Customer Care Exchange team, you will guide clients of all sizes and nationalities through the admission processes on our Exchange, as well as help with daily customer support. For all existing members, you will be responsible for: Being the first point of contact for all customer incoming requests, such as change of contacts or tradable product extensions.
