Your area of work To be the primary point of contact for Facilities Management (FM) operations at Deutsche Boerse Group (DBAG) Futurama office. Manage and coordinate multiple contractor and supplier activities in order to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of support services and to manage the Facilities Budget and prompt certification of contractor payments. Your responsibilities Point of contact for Facilities Management related issues. To develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, landlords` agent, suppliers, contactors and FM teams based in other locations and central FM personnel based in Frankfurt.
