Are you ready to launch your HR career in an international environment? As a Junior HR Offer Specialist, you will help manage and coordinate internal offers, draft contracts, and oversee documentation. You will provide support on various HR-related tasks for employees in the corporate office in Brussels, Belgium, and other Eurofins companies across the network. You will be directly involved in preparing Belgian employment offers and contracts, putting together compensation and benefits packages, and ensuring internal validation of these offers. This includes collaborating with our Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Tax teams to draft net salary simulations.
