What will you do? Set up maintenance plans, UC’s/OLA’s, and the financial framework of contracts Coordinate handover with Sales and Project Management for a smooth client transition Implement and manage contracts within CSM and ERP tools Actively participate in daily operations such as incident management, escalation management, and change control Handle client onboarding and lead kick-off meetings to establish operational workflows Monitor and evaluate service levels on a monthly basis Identify improvement opportunities and support internal optimization initiatives Maintain regular contact with client relationship managers and align with the SMO Manager What is expected of you?
