As a SaaS Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our SynaptiQ platform and providing first-level support to our clients, as well as assisting with onboarding and the development of new features. Your key responsibilities will be: 1. Technical SaaS Support: Handle first-level requests from the biggest Renewable Energy Actors, providing efficient solutions to PV or BESS technical issues and discussing more complex problems with the Senior SaaS Engineer team when necessary.
