What you’ll do You’ll be responsible for editing high-performing short-form content and actively contributing your own content ideas. You’ll work with our team and Christoph (influencer), but you’re not just executing — you’re helping shape what gets made. If you are able to travel to the office, you will also record on-site with Christoph 1) Editing (speed + retention) Edit short-form videos in a fast, engaging style (meme + educational + storytelling). Strong pacing: hooks, pattern interrupts, captions/subtitles, sound design, punchlines. Optimize for retention and rewatchability, not cinematic quality.
