YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As part of our picking team, prepare customer orders by packing products into crates, organizing them on pallets, and getting everything ready for pickup by our logistics partner. The picking process takes place in our CoolCell, at a temperature of 2–5°C. On average, shifts last around 5 hours (sometimes shorter or longer, depending on workload). Shifts run Sunday through Friday, with two teams (sometimes shorter or longer, depending on workload). Shift Model: Initially, you will be scheduled for shifts within the following windows: Weekdays (12:00–22:00) and Sundays (09:00–22:00).
