The opportunity We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Developer to join our software team at Hitachi Energy, Grid Automation Products in Västerås. In this role, you will work on feature enhancement and quality improvements of user-space applications running on real-time Linux systems, with especial focus on time synchronization domain, driven by industrial standards such as IEEE 1588 PTP. You will be part of a scrum team and will work closely with other software and hardware teams to ensure our mission-critical embedded systems meet stringent performance and reliability requirements. Our team operates using agile methodologies to foster collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
