As a Group Design Leader (GDL), you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating hardware design and ECU (Electronic Control Unit) development for advanced vehicle systems, with a focus on alarm, tailgate, charge lid, locks, doors, and tow hitches. Your role As a Group Design Leader (GDL), you will play a key role in leading and coordinating design work, driving technical solutions and managing requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will: Take ownership of hardware components (ECU, electrical hardware, E/E architecture) and lead design activities from concept to production. Balance technical complexity, costs, and timelines in demanding projects, with a focus on ISO16750 standards and functional safety.…
