TL;DR Lovable is growing at terminal velocity. We need a Corporate Counsel who is as comfortable negotiating a term sheet as they are reviewing a stock option plan or cleaning up cap table mechanics the week before a fundraise closes. This role sits at the heart of Lovable’s legal function - owning equity, corporate transactions, and governance, while acting as the connective tissue between our Commercial and Product counsel teams.
