Role Overview As our Assistant General Manager, you play a key role in the daily operation and success of the restaurant. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead, support, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You are the second-in-command and act as a leader on the floor, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, and strong team engagement. In the absence of the General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operation.
