The Deputy Project Control Manager supports the Project Control Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all project control functions, including cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, forecasting, and reporting. The role ensures that project performance is accurately measured and communicated, enabling effective decision-making and timely corrective actions. Acting as a key interface between engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams, the Deputy Project Control Manager helps ensure alignment between scope, schedule, cost, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
