The Opportunity As a Control System Performance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the dynamic performance of FACTS control systems throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. In this role, you will translate customer requirements and grid‑code specifications into well‑tuned, verified, and documented control behavior. You will work with advanced EMT and HIL simulations and collaborate closely with project teams, R&D, and customers to secure robust system performance.
