We are now looking for a 1st line support agent to our growing customer support team in Linköping. About you ● You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think “outside the box”. ● You possess great computing skills and are interested in all things technical. ● You provide a high level of customer service and have a full understanding of its importance. ● You are a curious and fast learner. ● You communicate clearly in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
