You'll own end-to-end operations of the Málaga store — from warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy to team leadership and customer fulfillment quality. You'll report to the Area Manager and be a key part of a network of high-performing MFCs. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own and drive operational and delivery KPIs. Hire & Train: Lead and develop a team of pickers and couriers (around 30 employees), fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Manage weekly scheduling and staffing to meet demand forecasts while controlling labor costs. Coordinate with fleet operations to ensure smooth last-mile execution.
