The role As part of our global recruitment team, you will dive directly into our high-priority Warsaw hub to accelerate our tech transformation. Over a focused 6-month contract, you will own full-cycle recruitment for complex engineering roles, matching top-tier software and data talent with our specialized squads. Navigating a competitive Polish market, you will execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber professionals and introduce them to our engineering culture. Acting as a trusted partner to tech leaders, you will use local market insights to optimize pipelines and drive immediate hiring velocity for critical openings.
