About the Role We are seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with strong experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) — particularly food & beverage — to optimize customer journeys and drive measurable revenue growth across our digital commerce ecosystem. This role blends analytical rigor, experimentation expertise, and UX sensibility. You will identify friction points across the funnel, design structured tests, and implement improvements that increase conversion rate, AOV, and overall revenue performance.
