We’re hiring an Engineering Coordinator to support our fast-paced installation team. You’ll coordinate daily tasks, manage schedules, and communicate with both field crews and clients — while also applying your technical understanding to ensure projects are installation-ready. Key Responsibilities: Assign daily tasks to field teams and track progress in ClickUp Communicate with clients about visit schedules, delays, or rescheduling Verify technical readiness of openings before installation (measurements, drawings, materials) Review shop drawings or specifications to identify potential issues before dispatch Ensure crews are prepared with the correct materials, glass, and hardware Book hotels for traveling installers Monitor vehicle mileage and documentation (registration, insurance) Suppor…
