Scale our program fast without losing who we are. Own everything from hero outreach to micro give-aways. Build the system. Drive the results. We're a fast-growing global pet brand. We work with a lean team of long-term freelancers, and influencer activity already in motion. This role is for someone who can take what we've built, immediately see what's working and what isn't, and scale it fast without diluting our brand identity in the process. Speed matters.
