This position combines two core functions: Marketing Support and Operations Administrative Support, with responsibilities generally divided approximately 50/50. Depending on business needs, the focus of the role may temporarily shift during busy periods, such as marketing events, exhibitions, or high order volumes. We are therefore looking for a flexible and proactive team member who enjoys working across different functions and supporting various teams in a dynamic international environment. The role supports the Marketing team with sample management and event logistics, while also assisting the Operations team with order processing, shipment coordination, and invoicing activities.
