In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and users, ensuring their inquiries and technical issues are addressed effectively and efficiently. As a Support Center Analyst, you will engage with Dutch-speaking customers and work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless support experience. Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients, managing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
