This role is designed for individuals who have a passion for customer service and want to support our Dutch-speaking clients. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities Manage incoming customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
