You want a season in Greece. This role is based in Greece. It’s not a normal job at home. You relocate for the season. You live where others spend their holidays. And your role goes beyond check-in and check-out. As Guest Experience Coordinator, you focus on the overall stay. You support guests during their holiday, answer questions, handle feedback and help resolve situations before they become problems. You are present, approachable and solution-oriented. Your days are dynamic. You move between reception, public areas and management coordination. You speak with guests from different countries. You listen. You organise.
