The Role We're looking for a People & Talent Generalist to help build and scale our global teams across Norway, Sweden, Ireland, and the US as we grow across multiple markets. This role will own key people operations processes, talent acquisition initiatives, employee experience programs, and HR policies, ensuring we attract, retain, and support exceptional talent while maintaining a strong and inclusive culture.
