Your role As Head of Architecture & Real Estate Development Hospitality (all genders), you and your team of architects are responsible for the strategic, conceptual, and operational management of all planning and construction activities within our company. Your focus lies on the scalable, economical, and brand-compliant development and standardization of our hospitality product — from planning and construction to the handover to operations. Together with our cross-functional project teams and external planning and construction partners, you ensure the on-time commissioning of our expansion sites.
