About the opportunity We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own and evolve critical governance platforms that help N26 meet regulatory expectations and strengthen operational resilience at scale. Our System Solutions team enables the organization by operating and developing enterprise governance platforms such as ServiceNow and related risk tooling. We sit at the intersection of engineering, security, risk, and operations, and believe in building well-architected, compliant, and scalable systems that automate regulatory controls and support the bank’s long-term resilience.
