The role As Lead Creative Operations, you will lead a team of Creative Project Managers as part of HelloFresh Group's in-house Creative Studio in Berlin and will be responsible for all online- and offline creative production. You will oversee incoming requests, plan bi-weekly production sprints and allocate Project Managers, Designers and Copywriters across a wide range of projects and across full-time, freelance and 3rd party resources. You will ensure all operational service levels are met and creative production targets are hit, every day, every week, every month.
