We are looking for a COO / Growth Operator - a rare, high-calibre operator who can both execute at a specialist level and zoom out to lead the business strategically. This role is for someone who doesn’t just manage departments (Sales, Marketing, Client-Success etc.), but truly understands how to do the work themselves. We believe the best leaders are built through hands-on mastery, not surface-level “book smart” knowledge from courses or YouTube. You will be responsible for running day-to-day operations, driving company growth, building systems and SOPs, and holding teams accountable to KPIs as we scale.
