As a Reliability Manager, you will ensure maximum uptime of our production systems while driving a strong culture of reliability, prevention, and continuous improvement. (Only Day Shift - Monday -Friday) What you’ll do: The Recipe Own reliability: Drive the site’s Reliability Plan to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned downtime Translate strategy into action: Implement PM & PdM strategies into daily engineering operations Solve problems sustainably: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring issues Drive performance: Track and improve KPIs such as OEE and MTBF Leverage data: Analyze CMMS trends to predict and prevent failures Ensure standards: Maintain engineering, safety, …
