Your role You enjoy working with data just as much as being present on the shop floor? You want to turn insights into real operational impact? Then this might be the perfect role for you. In this highly project-driven position, you will focus on improving key operational KPIs across production – especially around Error Rate, Minutes per Box, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll combine hands-on operational presence with data-driven decision-making to create measurable change.
