Skeleton's Production Department is looking for a driven Production Manager (m/f/x) with the vision to match our ambition! Your tasks in the net zero journey: Ensure our Markranstädt factory can produce according to targets. Supervise and lead the Production team to achieve production goals. Ensure deliveries meet quality requirements and deadlines. Report on the performance of manufacturing operations. Oversee machine preparation, cleaning, and maintenance by your team. Ensure manufacturing resources (tools, materials, personnel) are sufficient and properly allocated. Plan maintenance and repairs together with the maintenance team.
