We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-starting Finance Manager to own the day-to-day financial operations of a fast-moving deep-tech startup. You'll work directly with the CEO and external partners across the full scope of company finance. Tasks Key Responsibilities Invoice & banking: payments, reconciliation, end-of-month close, Finway management Grant administration (ProFit/IBB): milestone reporting, timesheets, fund-call submissions Cash flow: monthly projections vs. budget, department tracking, runway monitoring Payroll: coordinate with external provider, process payments, manage onboarding/offboarding Financial reporting: primary contact for external accountants, annual statement support, shareholder documentation FZulG tax credit: prepare and submit R&D tax credit applications, l…
