Role Overview In this hybrid role, you’ll combine customer support, technical troubleshooting, onboarding, and light pre-sales. You’ll be a trusted expert for our EMEA users, helping them adopt OptiSigns, resolve issues, and get the most value out of our platform. What You’ll Do Deliver concise product demos and create scalable enablement content (guides, Loom videos). Lead onboarding for new EMEA customers, ensuring strong adoption in the first 30 days.
