This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and technology. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing them with essential support and assistance. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries from Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
