In this role, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to French-speaking users, helping them with app features, troubleshooting, and user queries to ensure an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to French-speaking users' inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding messaging app features, account issues, and technical support.
