Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading web shop in Greece. As part of this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers by assisting them with their online shopping inquiries, order management, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional and timely customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat related to web shop products, orders, returns, and general inquiries.
