This role involves delivering exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients within the financial technology sector, with the benefit of sponsored relocation to Greece. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and support to French-speaking FinTech clients via phone, email, and chat. Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, transactions, account management, and technical issues. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in CRM systems.
