Description As Lead Advisor – Strategic AI Transformation at SQUER, you are the person clients turn to when they want to fundamentally change how their organisation operates — not just to run AI experiments, but to become truly AI-native. You work directly with CIOs, CDOs, CPOs, and board-level stakeholders to shape strategy, redesign structures, and drive the kind of transformation that sticks. The impact you create here is not incremental — it's structural. Your tasks Assess clients' AI readiness, develop their AI vision and target picture, and translate both into a concrete, prioritised transformation roadmap.
