Your Responsibilities Lead Customer Negotiations & Commercial Contracts: You will lead client negotiations, finalise contracts and related agreements, and drive deals to signing within our internal risk framework. Draft & Refine: Support the creation and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts. You will help maintain and elevate our library of internal standards, policies, and legal templates. Deep-Dive Research: As part of our Legal team, you will be our go-to expert for complex legal research. You’ll analyze emerging (digital) laws and provide the team with the foundational insights needed to navigate operational risks.
