We get our livestock from active stabling and sell our products either loose (unpackaged) or in bio-degradable packaging, according to customer preference. Our lunch service features freshly prepared dishes every day. The owner and master butcher, Andreas Witte, and his team prioritise healthy, varied, and balanced meals. We also offer a wide range of services for special events.
