We are currently looking for a Service Technician to join our Backend Area, helping to ensure the uptime of our machines. Read more about Silex here. About the team The Backend area is a vital part of our production, where in the area we perform all outgoing quality control of our products, conducting electrical measurements and optical inspections. We also work with blade and stealth dicing, wafer thinning, and CMP (chemical mechanical planarization).
