This isn’t “just washing dishes.” It’s keeping the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE This position is based in Greece. You relocate for the season. You live where others go on vacation. Accommodation is arranged before arrival. Meals are included during your contract. No apartment search. No grocery stress. You arrive — and your season starts. WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS Kitchen Hygiene means: Keeping plates, cutlery and equipment clean Maintaining order in the dish area Supporting the kitchen team during service Helping maintain hygiene standards You are part of the rhythm of the kitchen.
