This isn’t “just making pizza.” It’s running your own station in a hotel kitchen. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE This role is based in Greece. You relocate for the season. You live where others go on holiday. Your accommodation is already arranged. Meals are included. Your seasonal EU contract is prepared. No apartment hunting. No daily food budgeting. You arrive ready to work — and focus on your craft. YOUR ROLE IN THE KITCHEN You are responsible for the pizza station. That means: Dough preparation Sauce preparation Ingredient setup Stretching, topping, baking You work independently.
