The role ensures that project performance is accurately measured and communicated, enabling effective decision-making and timely corrective actions. Acting as a key interface between engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams, the Deputy Project Control Manager helps ensure alignment between scope, schedule, cost, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
