Position Purpose To develop and maintain the HSW standards and procedures, and the processes that support them, so they are technically sound and genuinely usable by the people who must follow them. This is the central “build” role — authoring and continuously improving the content of the safety system. Position Summary HSW Management Systems: Lead the development, administration and continual improvement of the HSW Management System, ensuring policies, standards, procedures and associated documentation remain current, effective and aligned with business, legal and certification requirements.
