The role Own executive hiring at Group level. Work directly with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and country Managing Directors across all InPost markets. Report to the Group Chief People & Culture Officer. This is an individual contributor type of function with full end-to-end ownership — from contribution to building the search strategy and running VP-to-C-suite processes, to contributing to govern our preferred supplier list of executive agencies and maintaining confidential succession pipelines for critical SLT roles.
